Terms & cancellation policy

We keep it simple. If anything isn't clear, just write to us — we're happy to help.

Free cancellation

  • Cancel up to 24 hours before your transfer and you get a full refund.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before your transfer, you get a full refund minus bank fees.
  • To cancel or change your booking, message us on WhatsApp or email us with your booking number.

Booking

  • Online bookings must be made at least 4 hours before your transfer (Guatemala time).
  • Need a transfer sooner? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to help.
  • Once you complete the booking form, your transfer is booked and you'll get a booking number by email.

Prices

  • Prices are per person, in US dollars (USD).
  • The price per person goes down for groups: 3 people, 10% off; 4–5 people, 20% off; 6–8 people, 30% off (compared to the 2-person price, rounded to the dollar).
  • Minimum 2 people per booking. If you travel solo, you pay the 2-person minimum.
  • Maximum 8 people per booking. For larger groups, contact us.

Payment

  • Book now, pay later — we'll send you a secure payment link on WhatsApp the day before your transfer.

Vehicles

  • Your vehicle depends on your group: sedan for 1–2 people, SUV for 3 people and van for 4–8 people.
  • All our vehicles are private (only for your group) and air-conditioned.

Luggage

  • Included: 1 large suitcase + 1 carry-on per person.
  • Bringing more luggage or surfboards? Tell us when you book so we send the right vehicle.

Baby and child seats

  • Child seats are free. Request them when you book and tell us how many you need and the child's age.

Flight delays and stops

  • We track your flight. If it's delayed, we wait for you at no extra cost.
  • One free stop of up to 15 minutes along the way is included (for coffee, an ATM, a SIM card or a photo).
