Your privacy matters to us. Here's, in plain words, what we do with your information.

What we ask for

  • When you book, we ask for: your full name, email, WhatsApp number, travel date, flight number and times, pickup and drop-off addresses, number of travelers, whether you travel with a baby or child (number of seats and age) and any comments you add.

How we use it

  • Only to manage your booking and to contact you about it by WhatsApp and email (for example, to send your booking details and payment link).
  • After your transfer, we'll send you one email asking for your opinion.
  • We use a trusted email service only to deliver these messages.

What we never do

  • We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties for advertising.

Driver partner applications

  • If you apply to become a driver partner, we use the information you send (including your vehicle photos) only to evaluate your application. To have it deleted, email us at reservaciones@trasladosguatemala.com.

Deleting your information

  • Want us to delete your information? Email us at reservaciones@trasladosguatemala.com (include your booking number if you have it) and we'll delete it.
